Annette Brewer was born in Jackson, Tennessee on July 8, 1949, the daughter of Hershel Ray and Bernice Rhea Stanfill Brewer. Always industrious, she began working as a hairdresser while she was still a young adult before becoming an administrative assistant for Pickwick Construction Company. Later she entered college, eventually earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Alabama.
Although Annette lived in the Pickwick area for a time, her home was in Savannah where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. Painting and learning to play the piano were activities that she enjoyed a great deal since she was extremely artistic. Annette loved her daughters and grandchildren dearly and was devoted to her twin sister, Janette. Her family will miss her deeply but know that she is now reunited with her parents in Heaven.
Annette Brewer departed this life on February 12, 2014 at the age of 64 years, 7 months, and 4 days. She leaves behind two daughters: Leigh Ann Orton and her husband, Chris, of North East, Pennsylvania and Anna Jane Robertson and her husband, Michael, of Valdosta, Georgia. She also leaves her twin sister, Janette Brewer of Savannah, Tennessee, her sister Doris Perkins and her husband, Harry, of Adamsville, Tennessee, one brother, Richard "Rusty" Brewer of Adamsville, Tennessee, and eight grandchildren: Wes Robertson, Parker Robertson, Mary Grace Robertson, Francis Robertson, Mariela Robertson, Madeline Orton, Mallick Orton, and Max Orton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hershel and Bernice Brewer.
