Arnold Lee Ray of Waynesboro, TN was born November 24, 1943 in Tazewell , VA, the son of the late Genieva Ray. He was united in marriage to Lessie Mae Collins Clark on July 9, 2016 after being companions for over 20 years.
Mr. Ray was a steel worker and served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and departed this life on Saturday, May 18, 2019 Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 5 Months, 24 Days.
He is survived by his wife, Lessie Mae Collins Clark of Waynesboro, TN; daughters, Wendy Fox, Dawn Deaton and Rebecca Ray; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services with military rites and burial of his cremated remains will be Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 3 pm at Greenwood Cemetery, Waynesboro, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County, assisting the family.
