Billy Conway

Billy Conway departed this life on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at the age of 89 years, 2 months, and 12 days. He was born in Wayne County, Tennessee, on March 30, 1930, the son of the late Dolphus M. and Henry Eugene Kyle Conway. On April 29, 1961, he was united in marriage to Wanda Sue Bowling, who survives.

Billy retired from the United States Navy and reenlisted in the reserves to serve eight additional years. He went on to work for Clifton Manufacturing as a janitor. He enjoyed gardening and raising hogs in his spare time.

Billy is survived by his wife of 58 years, Wanda Sue Conway of Clifton, Tennessee; sons, David Keith Conway of Clifton, Tennessee and Nathan Bowling of Gentryville, Indiana; four grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his sisters, Joann Phillips and Anita Reynolds; and brothers, Jeff Conway, Noal Conway, and Kenneth Conway.
