Billy Jerrold Talley was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on December 16, 1936, the son of the late Will and Ethel Clifton Talley. On February 18, 1981, he was united in marriage to Virginia (Wendy) Beed, who survives.
Billy was a the owner of T&T Antiques and a veteran of the US Air Force.
He departed this life on Monday, September 22, 2014, at the age of 77 years, 9 months, 6 days.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a stepson, John Jacob of Tampa, Florida; stepdaughters, Vivian Shoemaker of Westland, Michigan, Kate Dodson of Zanesville, Ohio, and Robin Giles of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; 5 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
