Bishop Gene Dixon was born June 22, 1956 in Peoria, IL the son of the late Bishop Franklyn "Bud" and Nelly Kiestler Dixon.
Mr. Dixon was a coin collector, enjoyed fishing and loved his family dearly. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and served honorably in the United States Marines Corps. He retired from Mitsubishi.
Mr. Dixon departed this life on July 5, 2020 in Bolivar, Tennessee at the age of 64 Years, 13 Days. He is survived by wife, Nancy Dixon of Selmer, Tennessee; children,, Christina Martin, Elizabeth Martin, Pearl Bucio, Nancy Baxin, Bobby Martin, and William Martin; a brother, Dennis Dixon; 16 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren.
