Blaire Rose Collins

Blaire Rose Collins was born Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in Lawrenceburg, TN, the daughter of Brandon Lee and Bonnie Leanne Daniel Collins of Collinwood, TN who survive and departed this life on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Other than her parents, Blaire is survived by grandparents, Kevin and Sharon Brewer Daniel of Collinwood, TN and Arliene Keeton Collins of Iron City, TN; great-grandparents, Sue Brewer and Bobby and Ann Daniel all of Collinwood, TN, Pauline and Arlie Keeton, Sr. of Iron City, TN and Judith Brown of Springfield, MO.

She is preceded in death by grandfather, Brandon Collins; great-grandfathers, Mack Brewer and Randy Collins and great-great-grandmother, Bertie Daniel.

Services will be Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Ricky Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 1 pm until service time at the funeral home.
