Blondell Forsyth Walker was born June 6, 1927 in Selmer, TN the daughter of the late Chester and Arizona Richards Forsyth.
She was united in marriage to James Edgar Wagoner, he preceded on August 22, 1966. On January 7, 1977, she married Lanier Walker and he preceded on February 16, 1994.
Mrs. Walker worked at Brown Shoe Company. She lived in the Sulphur Spring and Bethesda communities of McNairy County. She was a member of the Bethesda Presbyterian Church in Selmer, Tennessee and Red Hat Society.
She always enjoyed holidays and spending time with her family. During her stay in the nursing home the last 15 plus years, she attended the church services and singings. She always enjoyed bingo and the many craft projects.
Mrs. Walker departed this life on November 1, 2017 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 90 Years, 4 Months, 26 Days. She is survived by three sons, James Wagoner and wife Kathy of Stantonville, TN, Larry Wagoner of Stantonville, TN, Billy Joe Wagoner and wife Joyce of Selmer, TN; a brother, Thurston Forsyth of Selmer, TN;six grandchildren, Jeff Wagoner and wife Windie, Jennifer Martin and husband Ray, Kim Kiestler and husband Mike, Amy Martin, Benji Wagoner, Eddie Wagoner; 16 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great Great Grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by a grandchild, Cristie York; two great grandchildren, Easton and Peyton Martin; three sisters, Durrell Pickle, Maydell Forsyth, Milo Mathis; four brothers, R.F., L.C., Buddy, and Parvin Forsyth.
