Braxton Lane Wilson Adkisson

Braxton Lane Wilson Adkisson, age 9, of Gibson, TN and Toone, departed this life Thursday, January 30, 2020 in Bolivar.

The son of Nicole Page Hill Adkisson, Dakota Adkisson and Farrest Lynn Wilson (Jordan), who survive, he was enrolled as a 3rd grade student at Toone Elementary. He had previously attended Medina Elementary. Braxton was born Friday, November 5, 2010 in Jackson, lived in Gibson for 5 years, and lived in Hardeman County for the past year and a half. An active 9 year old, he enjoyed building with his legos and playing video games, especially on his tablet. He attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include his mother, Nicole Page Adkisson of Toone; fathers, Dakota Adkisson of Gibson, TN and Farrest Lynn Wilson (Jordan) of Selmer; 2 sisters, Raelyn and Bryleigh Wilson; a brother, Ryilyn Wilson; maternal grandparents, Jamie Hill (Christie) of Silerton and Stacey Lambert (Tim) of Hickory Valley; paternal grandparents, Shane & Angie Walters of Humboldt, Rob Adkisson of Milan, Troy Wilson & Connie White of Dickson and Dean & Mindy Reese of Gibson; maternal great grandparents, Larry & Virgie Hill of Bolivar, Rocky Martinez of Gibson, Gary & Shirley Medley of Huntington; paternal great grandparents, Eloise & Larry Adkisson, Harold & Brenda Adams, all of Milan, Barney & Lisa Wilson of Somerville and Brenda Porter of Toone; two stepsisters, Jaylynn and Jennison Richardson; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by a maternal great grandmother, Phyllis Martinez; maternal great great grandparents, James Boyd Hill & Billie Hill Majors, J. T.
