Candy Haynes was born on December 20, 1956 in Van Nuys, California, the daughter of Virginia Lee Marsh and the late Richard Dean Marthis.

On February 23, 1998, she ws united in marriage to Edwin Earl Haynes, who survives.

Mrs. Haynes was a member of Bumpus Creek Freewill Baptist Church and Waterloo Senior Citizens. She was an animal lover and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and doing crafts. Most of all, Candy loved making happy memories with her husband, family, and friends.

Candy Haynes departed this life on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 63 years, 11 months, and 5 days.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Edwin Earl Haynes of Savannah, Tennessee; step daughters, Diana Koonce and Rhonda Wilson, both of Florence, Alabama and Treva Lester of Birmingham, Alabama; sisters, Linda Zenter of Spanaway, Washington and Terri O'Neill and her husband Stephen of Florissant, Missouri; brother, Rick Marthis and his wife Nancy of New Mexico; mother, Virginia Lee Marsh of Florissant, Missouri; and a host of nieces and nephews.
