Charlotte Pugh departed this life on Monday, October 8, 2018, at the age of 91 years, 6 months, and 29 days. She was born in Union County, Mississippi, on March 9, 1927, the daughter of the late Archie and Fairy Speck Luke.
Charlotte was a kind lady and never met a stranger. She was a member of the Pickwick Dam Ladies and was an artist and gardener. Charlotte was a factory owner and restauranteur.
She is survived by her grandsons, Danny Grubbs and Mark Grubbs; and great grandchildren, Luke, Kaelyn and Lilliah.
In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Pugh; son, Danny J. Grubbs; brother, Jack; and sister Jean.
