Colin Patrick Black, Sr. was born on March 15, 1967 in Bronx, New York, the son of Ann Black and the late James Black.
On November 15, 1986, he was united in marriage to Lisa Harris, who survives.
Colin lived in Carmel, New York during his early years before moving to Hardin County, Tennessee 46 years ago. He worked as a carpenter for Alabama Carpenters Union and was a member of Local 1209 Carpenters Union in Florence, Alabama. Colin enjoyed going Jeep riding, catching snakes, being outdoors, and all types of woodwork.
Colin Patrick Black, Sr. departed this life on Friday, July 2, 2021 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 54 years, 3 months, and 17 days.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Black of Savannah, Tennessee; sons, Colin Patrick Black, Jr. and his wife Annie, James Black and his wife Hayley, and Dalton Black, all of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Bonnie Black and Kirsty Black, both of New York, Linda Hartmann of Florence, Alabama, and Siobhon Black of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Chuck Black of Savannah, Tennessee; mother, Ann Black of New York; and grandchildren, Aiden Black, Casen Black, Nate King, and Greyson King.
In addition to his father, Colin was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Black, and sister, Colleen Black.
