Danny Lee Ditto, Sr. departed this life on Saturday, December 8, 2018, at the age of 59 years, 8 months, and 9 days. He was born in East Prairie, Missouri on March 29, 1959, the son of the late Walter and Lola Adell Smith Ditto. On February 11, 2000, he was united in marriage to Amy Doyle Roberts, who survives.
Danny served honorably in the United States Army. He later attended Tennessee College for Applied Technology in Crump, Tennessee, where he received his certification in mechanical drafting. Danny was also a member of the American Legion.
In addition to his wife, Amy, Danny is survived by his children, Dana Burger and her husband Craig, Danny Ditto, Jr. and his wife Mandy, Lola Wilson and her husband Steve, all of Pontotoc, Mississippi, Derrick Ditto and his wife Kelly, Kristy Ditto, and Cody Roberts, all of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Ariel Burger of Oxford, Mississippi, Alyssa Burger, Issac Ditto, Mason Ditto, Aiden Ditto, Jayson Robinson, Hannah Bivens, and Caleb Hall, all of Pontotoc, Mississippi, Sara Ditto, Lily Ditto, Emma Ditto, James Ditto, Chloe Neill, and Madison Andrews, all of Savannah, Tennessee; brothers, Walt Ditto of Sardis, Tennessee and Walter Warren Singleton of Salt Lake City, Utah; sisters, Gayenell Singleton of Salt Lake City, Utah and Karol Millsap of Longview, Washington; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Along with his parents, Danny was preceded in death his brothers, Ronnie Ditto, Larry Ditto, Bill Millsap, and Bobby Millsap; sisters, Deanna Ditto Alley and Martha Ann White; and a grandson, Cameron Ditto.
