Danny Lynn Handley

was born in Savannah, Tennessee on July 8, 1954 the son of the late Dan Virgil Handley and Anna Sue O'Neal Qualls.

He was united in marriage to Sherry Miller, who survives.

Danny retired after 22 years as a truck driver from Averett Trucking Company. He was a member of Eureka United Methodist Church. Danny loved and was devoted to his family, especially his grandchildren.

He departed this life on Thursday, December 30, 2021 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 67 years, 5 months and 22 days.

In addition to his wife, Sherry Miller Handley of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by two sons, Daniel Raymond Handley (Brittany) of Mobile, Alabama and Scottie Lynn Handley (Amanda) of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; stepsons, Josh Bixler( Brandi) of Savannah, Tennessee and Christopher Bixler (Traci) of Hamilton, Alabama; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Patti Handley Marshock of Scottsdale, Arizona and Jill Handley Rose (Ronnie) of Savannah, Tennessee; and his aunt, Patsy Gibbs of Savannah, Tennessee.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents; grandmother, Emma Handley; brother, Jack Handley; and two infant sisters, Betty and Laura Handley.
