Danny Lynn Lockard

Danny Lynn Lockard was born on November 23, 1955 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of Ida Mae Lockard and the late Joel Lockard.

Mr. Lockard honorably served his country in the United States Army. He worked as a truck driver for River City Concrete for 18 years. Some of the things he enjoyed included fishing, wrestling, riding in the river bottom in his gray pickup truck, and watching Westerns, especially the ones starring John Wayne. Danny had a close relationship with his mother and he loved her very much.

Danny Lynn Lockard departed this life on Monday, February 21, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 66 years, 2 months, and 29 days.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Henderson and her husband Michael of Savannah, Tennessee; son, Joseph Lockard and his wife Rebecca of Savannah, Tennessee; mother, Ida Mae Lockard of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Ricky Lockard of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Rhonda Hammock of Savannah, Tennessee; 3 grandchildren; 2 nephews; 1 niece; 2 great nephews and great niece, Alivia Jennings of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his father, Danny was preceded in death by his sister, Lawanna Lockard Odle and niece, Keri Hammock.
