Danny P. Hensley, 71, of Bolivar, departed this life on Friday, November 22, 2019.
He was born to Thomas Dudley Hensley and Myrtle Black Hensley and was a 1966 graduate of Grand Junction High School. He was a retired director of Star Distributors after 20 years of service and previously had been employed by Ellis Bagwell Drug Company for 21 years.
He is survived by his loving companion of 22 years, Judy Sisco; extended family, Michael and Mary Beth Sisco; grandchildren, Austin, Allyson and Ava Rae Sisco; his sisters, Tommye Walker and Betty Stewart; nephews, Martin and Justin Walker; nieces, Anita Miles, Diane Humphrey and Tina Johns. He is also survived by several great nephews and nieces.
Danny's other great joys in life were his love of Memphis Tigers football and basketball, hunting, fishing and gardening.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, J. D. Hensley.
