David Wade Stricklin was born in Savannah, Tennessee on March 31, 1981 the son of Dawn Stricklin Beckham and the late Richard Caperton. David was a manager for Popeyes restaurant. He was dedicated and hard working. David was a loving, caring, and very strong willed man. His favorite place to be was on the water fishing. He departed this life on Monday, January 3, 2022 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee at the age of 40 years, 9 months and 3 days. David is survived by his mother, Dawn Stricklin Beckham of Savannah, Tennessee; grandparents, Nora Lynn and David Scott; brothers, John Beckham and Ronald Stricklin, both of Savannah, Tennessee; and sister, Tonica Beckham of Savannah, Tennessee. In addition to his father, Richard Caperton, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Stricklin.
