She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee. on February 5, 1962, the daughter of Brenda Hammock Shelby and the late Charles David Shelby. Debby Lynn loved fishing, camping, taking pictures, but she especially loved her two grandbabies. She had worked for the City of Bartlett in the Permit and Code Enforcement office. Debby Lynn is survived by her daughters, Brittany Shelby and Whitney Shelby, both of Bartlett, Tennessee; grandchildren, Elijah Clevenger and Dallas Hill; mother, Brenda Shelby of Savannah, Tennessee; half brother, Randall Felker; half sister, Sammy Shelby; nephew, Bryson Felker; and niece, Brittany Felker. In addition to her father Charles David "Dixie" Shelby, Debby Lynn was preceded in death by her sister, Tammy Elaine Shelby.
