Debi Clark Locklear was born in Martinsville, Virginia on March 17, 1959 the daughter of the late James Thomas Clark and Barbara Ann Roberts Clark.
On February 14, 2004 she was united in marriage to Gary Michael Locklear, who survives.
Mrs. Locklear loved her children and grandchildren and cherished her dogs.
She departed this life on May 10, 2014 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 55 Years, 1 Month, 23 Days.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Locklear is survived by a daughter, Carla Michele Griffith of Batesville, Mississippi and three grandchildren, James Thomas, Griffith, Alex Liston, and Zachary White.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Thomas and Barbara Ann Roberts Clark; one brother, James Stacy Clark; and one sister, Ginger Diane Shrader.
