Declan Ray Terry, newborn son of Blake and Felicia Hathcock Terry of Reagan, TN, died Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Alex and Chandler Terry; a sister, Brilynn Stewart; Grandparents, Tamara and Jeff Hensley of Jacks Creek, TN, Butch Hathcock of Silerton, TN, Sheila Ann and Chip Stewart of McMinnville, TN; Great Grandparents, Kimberly and William Reynolds of Sweetlips, TN, Carrie Hawk and John Lynch of Tullahoma, TN, Darrell and Freda Alexander of Grandbury, TX.
He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Michael Ray Terry.
There will be no public services.
