Henderson, TN: Joseph Devon Doyle, age 82, the brother of Dot Smith, died Saturday morning at the Henderson Healthcare.
Devon was born and reared in Henderson, the son of the late Joseph Earl and Eva Ozene Jordan Doyle. He made his home in Henderson all of his life where he and his brother J. D. enjoyed yard mowing and helping area farmers. He made his home at Heritage Towers a few years before moving to Henderson Healthcare. He was Pentecostal in faith.
He is survived by two sisters; Dot Smith of Henderson and Ollie Fay Vann of Beech Bluff and two brothers; Ricky Doyle and Daniel Doyle both of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother J. D. Doyle.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday at Shackelford Funeral Directors Crook Avenue with Bro. Curtis Howard officiating, burial to follow at New Friendship Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Shackelford Crook Avenue beginning at 11:00 AM Sunday.
