He is survived by his daughters, McKenzie Caroline Booker of Waynesboro, Tennessee, Elana Paige Brown of Savannah, Tennessee, Kyra Booker of Clifton, Tennessee, and Ember Effie Nicole Booker of Savannah, Tennessee; mother, Diana Booker Mulder and her husband Bobby of Stantonville, Tennessee; brother, Justin Hillis of Texas; sisters, Megan Mulder and Molly Mulder, both of Stantonville, Tennessee; stepsister, Jessie Thrasher of Michie, Tennessee; grandparents, Roger Brown and Essie Brown "Mama Will"; and uncles, Thomas Booker of Stantonville, Tennessee and Joseph Hinson.
In addition to his father, Donald was preceded in death by his uncle, Donnie Hinson.
