Donnie Durbin
was born on August 1, 1956 in Hardin County, Tennessee the son of the late Cleamon Carter and Elsie Mae Franks Durbin.
On February 17, 1976 he was united in marriage to Carmin Faye Russell, who survives.
Donnie was the owner and operator of Durbin Logging and Sawmill. He was a member of Mountain View Church of Christ and Master Loggers Association. Donnie loved farming, cutting hay, and raising cattle. His greatest love was spending time with his grandchildren.
Donnie departed this life on Sunday, July 3, 2022 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 65 years, 11 months and 2 days.
In addition to his wife of 46 years, Carmin of Savannah, Tennessee he is survived by his children, Brandy Durbin Gramse and Donald Wesley Durbin and his wife Jennifer, all of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Courtnie Gramse Welch and her husband Nick, Kylie Gramse, Preslie Gramse, Shelby Durbin, Carter Durbin, and Axel Jase Durbin; sister, Carolyn Curtis of Savannah, Tennessee; and his twin brother, Ronnie Durbin of Savannah, Tennessee.
Donnie was preceded in death by his parents, Cleamon C. and Elsie Mae Durbin; sisters, Nancy Weaver, Reba Vance, and Jimmie Gail Pickens; and brothers, Frank Durbin, James Durbin, and Joe Durbin.
