Elmer Larry Shea was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on September 28, 1946, the son of the late Elmer Leland and Virginia Kent Shea. He departed this life on April 19, 2019.
Elmer served his country in the United States Air Force. He was disabled for many years and is remembered as a fabulous painter and artist.
In addition to his parent, Elmer was preceded in death by his sister, Pam Fondren.
