was born in Mississippi on April 9, 1936 the son of the late Pete and Josephine Vescovi Ventrini.
On August 16, 2009 he was united in marriage to Margaret N. Blackwell, who survives.
Ernest served his country proudly in the United States Army. He was a retired truck driver and also had worked as a butcher. Ernest was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church
He departed this life on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 84 years, 10 months and 14 days.
In addition to his wife of 11 years, Margaret of Savannah, Tennessee he is survived by one son; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sisters, Erma Sandford, Cecilia Mackey and Shirley Hawkins; and brother, Paul Ventrini.
Ernest was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, one sister, Jo Ann Price, and one brother, Pete Ventrini.
