Eunice Meek

Eunice Rose Atkins Meek departed this life on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at the age of 93 years, 7 months, and 27 days. She was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on August 10, 1927, the daughter of the late Ruben Quincy and Dovey Lee Dickerson Atkins. Eunice was united in marriage to Norris Meek, who preceded her in death on February 6, 2007.
She had worked as a bank teller for 30 years and was a member of the Acton Church of Christ. Eunice enjoyed reading, watching old TV shows, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
She is survived by her children, Mike Meek and his wife Iulia of Nashville, Tennessee, and Tonya Meek of Shiloh, Tennessee; sister, Dorothy Locke of Ramer, Tennessee; and granddaughter, Olivia Rose Meek.
Memorial donations may be made to The Salvation Army or Tennessee Children's Home.
