Ewell Delbert "E.D." Miller

Ewell Delbert (E. D.) Miller of Waynesboro, TN, was born September 20, 1928, in Pottawatomie Co., OK, the son of the late Robert Lee Miller and Maybelle Ledbetter Miller. He was united in marriage to the former Mary Jo Gallaher on September 5, 1954. She preceded him in death on August 26, 2018.

Mr. Miller was a heavy equipment operator and cattle farmer. He was a member of Green River Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

Mr. Miller departed this life on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 92 Years, 6 Months, 12 Days.

He is survived by sons: Bert Miller and wife, Kay, and Doyle Miller and wife, Kathryn, Grandchildren: Taylor Miller and wife Kait, Vince Rogers, Stacy Lewis and husband Taylor, Trevor Crowe, Christopher Crowe and wife Kendra; Great-Grandchildren: Paxton, Tinley, Cruz, Jamison, Delilah, Kylee, Chloe, and a sister, Mary Cathrine Miller of Tumball, TX.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Miller was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be at Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro, TN, on Monday, April 5, 2021, from 11 am to 1:00 pm with a graveside service officiated by Cal Hampton to follow. Burial will follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
