EWIN L. STROUD
was born in Morrilton, Arkansas on January 13, 1924 the son of the late Calvin and Pauline Welch Stroud.
On December 24, 1944 he was united in marriage to Mary Frances Tucker, who preceded her husband in death on June 11, 2016.
Mr. Stroud worked as a foreman for 26 years at Brown Shoe Company. He also was the owner and operator of Strouds Store for 10 years. Mr. Stroud was a member of Wesley's Chapel United Methodist Church, where he was a past Lay Leader. He enjoyed growing pecan trees and was an avid fisherman.
Mr. Stroud departed this life on January 6, 2018 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 93 years, 11 months and 24 days.
He is survived by his son, Jimmy Stroud and his wife Angie of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one brother, Freddie Stroud and four sisters, Midge Ralph, Terry Comer, Wanda Clay and Glenda Perry.
