Faye Puckett Pyles

August 6, 1932 — July 8, 2021

Mrs. Pyles departed this life on Thursday evening, July 8, 2021 at Pine Meadows Healthcare in Bolivar.

A native of Bethel Springs, TN, she lived most all of her life in Hardeman County and was the daughter of the late Brodie Lee and Thelma Henson Puckett. She married Mr. Joe Thomas Pyles on Tuesday, September 5, 1950 in Corinth, MS. Mr. Pyles passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016 following 66 years of marriage.

Mrs. Pyles was a homemaker who enjoyed caring for her nieces and nephews when they were young including transporting them to various events and appointments. An avid coffee drinker, she enjoyed visiting and talking with friends as they all enjoyed their beverages.

She leaves a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Hines of Jackson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby Mae Brown and Edith Carnese Cole; a brother, Norman Hollis Puckett; and a nephew, Chris Puckett.
