Mr. Frank Edward Scott passed from this life into the next one to be with his Lord and Savior on March 27th, 2021. He was 80 years old. He lived in Middleton, TN and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
Frank was born December 29th, 1940 in Rutherford County, Tennessee, the first son and child to Ed and Inez Scott. Always a hard worker whether on the farm or at the service station in Murfreesboro, he also excelled as an athlete at the state level from Laccases High School.
Frank attended Tennessee Temple College in Chattanooga, Tennessee after surrendering to the Lord’s ministry call. There he met the love of his life, Barbara June Ferrill, a pretty violinist from Michigan. On August 3rd, 1963, they began life together, a life of wandering and wonder, thrills and challenge. From pastoring to well-drilling, to sales, to asphalt paving, Mr. Scott could do all of it and more. He loved to fish and hunt and spent countless hours visiting the sick, finding the lost, and helping those in need. He loved people and was a great friend to all. People trusted and respected Frank Scott.
Frank is survived by his wife, Barbara, and their five boys: Stephen, Shannon, Shawn, Shane, and Staniel, their wives, 18 grandchildren, and one great-grandson. Additionally, he is survived by two brothers, Charles and James, and three sisters, Pat, Mary Sue, and Sherrie. He is proceeded in death by his brother, John, and grandson Sebastian.
