Frankie Layne Stone departed this life on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at the age of 47 years and 18 days. He was born in Indiana on November 9, 1971, the son of the late Alice Henson Dale and Frank Stone. On January 24, 2008, he was united in marriage to Gwen Smith, who survives.
Frankie was a construction worker for ISI for about 5 years. He loved woodworking and painting in his spare time.
In addition to his wife, Gwen Stone of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by his sisters, Angela Russell of Navarre, Florida and Melissa Abels of Savannah, Tennessee; his brothers, Michael Stone, Patrick Dale, and Jason Dale, all of Savannah, Tennessee; and step daughter, Patience Smith of Savannah, Tennessee.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, and his stepfather, Patrick Dale, Sr.
