Franklin Dee Pulley

Franklin Dee Pulley of Clifton was born January 29, 1936 in Wayne County, TN, the son of the late Alvin and Pauline Adams Pulley. Mr. Pulley departed this life on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 83 years, 2 months, and 1 day. Mr. Pulley was retired from Hickory Hills Manufacturing and was a member of First Baptist Church in Clifton, TN. He was married to Willie Sue "Tootie" Keymon Pulley and she preceded him in death on November 17, 2011.

He is survived by a daughter, Paula Skelton and husband Byron of Clifton, TN, granddaughter, Kasha Ricketts and husband Johnny of Clifton, TN and grandson, Kirby Bridges of Gulf Breeze, FL, sisters, Ann Griggs and husband Allen of Manchester, TN, Donnie Davis and husband Sammy of Bath Springs, TN, and Flora Mae Harrington of Pulaski, TN, brothers, Tyrone Pulley and Ronnie Pulley both of Bath Springs, TN, Homer Lee Pulley and wife Karen of Germantown, TN, several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Pulley was preceded in death by brother, Sonny Pulley.

Services will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Clifton, Tennessee with Randall Runions officiating. Burial will follow in Prater's Chapel Cemetery near Clifton with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County assisting the family. Pallbearers are Hunter Pulley, Dawson Jowers, Zachary Jowers, Grayford Franks, Ronnie Durbin, and Jason Holder. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00-9:00 PM and Wednesday from 10:00 AM until service time at First Baptist Church.
