Gene Chadwick Beason

Gene Chadwick Beason of Globe, AZ, formerly of Waynesboro, TN, was born February 4, 1978 in Waynesboro, TN, the son of Gordon William Beason, Jr., of Globe, AZ, who survives and the late Sherry Lynn Overton Beason. Mr. Beason, a 1997 graduate of WCHS, was a miner with Durus Industries. He departed this life, Tuesday, December 25, 2018 in Glode, Arizona at the age of 40 Years, 10 Months, 21 Days. Other than his father, he is survived by his children, Tori Beth Beason and Colton Bryant Beason, his sister, Kimberly Beason Pope, husband, Jeremy and their children, Jaxon and Jadlyn and his grandfather, Bobby Gene Overton, wife, Charlene, all of Waynesboro, TN. In addition to his mother, Mr. Beason was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Madgaline Dugger Overton and Naomi Louise Taylor Skelton and his grandfather, Gordon Williams Beason, Sr. Services will be held on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Cary Crews and Rick (Coach) Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Overton Cemetery at Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Monday, December 31, 2018 from 8 am to service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Rick Rice, Jon Dygert, Walter Beason, Brandon Staggs, Bubbie Sherrill and Jamie Jackson.
