Mrs. Siler passed away Tuesday morning at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was born in Silerton, the daughter of the late Henry and Clara Baker Naylor. She lived in Jackson for 20 years before returning to Hardeman County in 1987. She retired as Shipping Supervisor for Park Belk Department Store in Jackson after 10 years.
A member of the Shandy Baptist Church, she enjoyed playing Yahtzee, canning, tending to her flowers and "two-step" dancing. Never one to sit idle, she always found work for her hands to do.
She leaves her son, Richard Michael Siler and her daughter, Kimberly Dawn Siler Luthe, both of Bolivar; three grandchildren, Bradley Miller, Jacob Siler and Haley Siler; two great-grandchildren, Joshua Siler and Kayson Davis; and eight brothers and sisters.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
Memorials should be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis. [http://www.stjude.org]
