Helen Grannon departed this life on Monday, February 18, 2019, at the age of 89 years and 6 days. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on February 12, 1930, the daughter of the late Mary Polk Tucker and Charles Bailey Tucker, Sr. She was united in marriage to Rollin Grannon, who preceded her in death.

Helen had held various jobs throughout her life, the most important one being homemaker. In her early years she had been a member of Pyburn Union Church. Helen hobbies included watching baseball on TV and doing needlework.

She is survived by her sisters, Irene Coughlan of Savannah, Tennessee, Minnie Ruth Sorensen of Gainesville, Florida, Betty Rogers of Pontotoc, Mississippi, Mary Frances Rignola of Patchogue, New York, and Wilma Clark of Huntsville, Alabama; and brothers, Travis Tucker of Lowell, Indiana and William Edward Tucker of Savannah, Tennessee.

Along with her parents and her husband, Helen was preceded in death by a sister, Janell Ferraro; and brothers, Ellis Tucker, Charles B. Tucker, Jr. and Roy Tucker.
