was born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas on January 11, 1952 the son of the late J C and Gladys Mae Jones Webb.
On December 10, 2017 he was united in marriage to Brenda Joyce Britt, who survives.
J R departed this life on April 11, 2020 in Walnut, Mississippi at the age of 68 years and 3 months .
In addition to his wife of 2 years, Brenda of Walnut, Mississippi, he is survived by his children, James Webb of Black Rock, Arkansas, Sammy Webb of Savannah, Tennessee, Jeanie Trawick of Cherokee Village, Arkansas and Sherry Mardis of Savannah, Tennessee; 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; sister, Sherry Jones; and brother, Quincy Webb.
J R was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Barbara Galbreath, granddaughter, Heather Webb, two sisters, Jerry Mae Hicks and Kimberly Webb, and two brothers, Paul Webb and Charles Webb.
In response to Governor Lee's Executive Order 17 which took effect at 12:01 AM March 23, 2020, there will be no public visitations or services until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.
