Janice Marie Daniel

Mrs. Janice Marie Horton Daniel was born December 21, 1951 in Hohenwald, TN the daughter of the late Charles and Joann Horton and Lemuel and Wylodine Thompson Greeson. Mrs. Daniel was a Housekeeping Supervisor and a member of the Macadeonia Baptist Church. She was united in marriage to Roger Dale Daniel on October 4, 1968. Mrs. Daniel departed this life on June 28, 2019 in Columbia, Tennessee making her stay in this life some 67 Years, 6 Months and 7 Days.

She is survived by her husband of almost 51 years Roger Dale Daniel of Collinwood, TN; a daughter, Missy Marie Hunt and husband Roger of Iron City , TN; a son, Jeffery Dale Daniel and wife Rosie of Collinwood , TN; six sisters, Sandra Bunch of Waynesboro, TN, , Sue Fonceca of Waynesboro, TN, Debbie Hill and husband David of Lawrenceburg, TN, Cindy Horton of Waynesboro, TN, and Sherry Prince and husband George of Waynesboro, TN; a brother, R. D. Horton and wife Jennifer of Waynesboro, TN; seven grandchildren, Michael Andrew Hunt and fiancee Michelle of Florence , AL, Cody Hunt and wife Kaylon of Iron City, TN, Schyler Daniel and wife Amanda of Waynesboro, TN, Raven Daniel of Iron City , TN, Diamond Hensley and husband Tyler of Iron City, TN, Tressa Staggs and husband Cash of Collinwood, TN, and Alex Skaggs of Collinwood, TN. Mrs. Daniel is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and many other loving family members.

Mrs. Daniel was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Joann Horton and Lemuel and Wylodine Thompson Greeson and a brother, Randy Horton.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday June 30, 2019 at 3:30 PM at the Memorial Gardens in Collinwood, Tennessee with Steve Martin officiating.

Pallbearers include Schyler Daniel, Cody Hunt, Michael Hunt, Heath Daniel, Seth Kelley, and Adam Bigelow.
Honorary Pallbearers include Raven Daniel, Amanda Hammack, Diamond Hensley, Tressa Staggs, Tyler Hensley, Cash Staggs and Alex Skaggs.
