Janice Lane Frazier Stalls

Janice Frazier Stalls departed this life on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at the age of 81 years, 1 month, and 19 days. She was born in Chester County, Tennessee, on May 23, 1941, the daughter of the late Kirk Morrow Frazier and Oleta Clementine Cagle Frazier. On September 2, 1960, she was united in marriage to Don Milton Stalls, who preceded her in death on October 7, 2010.

Janice lived in Chester County until 1960, when she moved to Shelby County, Tennessee, where she was a member of the Germantown United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking, loved her family and was always their cheerleader. She enjoyed sports, especially the Cardinals, Memphis Tigers, and the Memphis Grizzlies.

Janice is survived by her children, Christopher Duane Stalls and his wife Jo Lynn of Lamar, Mississippi, and Robin Danette Stalls McAlister and her husband Mitchell of Germantown, Tennessee; a brother, Shirl Frazier of Enville, Tennessee; a sister, Donna Mason of Searcy, Arkansas; grandchildren, Drew House (Katie), Josh House (Brittany), Rachel McCubbin (Gregory), Joseph House (Anne), Sarah Katherine McAlister, Michael Stalls, Martha McCarty (Rylan), and Annabel Grace Stalls; and great grandchildren, Olivia House, Avery Claire House, Evely House, Margot Lane McCubbin, Frankie Louise House, Nolan House, Graham Wallace McCubbin, and Isla Rose McCubbin

In addition to her parents and her husband, Janice was preceded in death by a sister, Nell Cunningham and a brother, Paulus Frazier.
