Jeffrey E. "Jeff" Jerrolds

Jeffrey E. "Jeff" Jerrolds departed this life on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at the age of 74 years and 28 days. He was born in Waynesboro, Tennessee on June 25, 1946, the son of the late Jimmie Frank Jerrolds and Jessie Mae Cole Jerrolds. On June 21,1972, he was united in marriage to Mary Alice Morris, who preceded him in death on October 31, 2017.

Jeff worked for Vulcan Materials for 16 years as a switch house operator. He was an avid reader, and loved to fish, hunt, and work leather. He was a member of the National Rifle Association.

Jeff is survived by his children, Vickie Burks and her husband Richard of Savannah, Tennessee, Deborah Jerrolds of Olive Hill, Tennessee, Patricia Jerrolds of Savannah, Tennessee, Mary Diane Jerrolds of Olive Hill, Tennessee, Trina Hooper and her husband William, also of Olive Hill, Tennessee, and Clint Jerrolds and his wife Donna of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Stephanie DeShazier, Jim Bob DeShazier, Jolene Burks, Jacob Hooper, and Dalton Hooper; great grandchild, Elora Boyd; sisters, Juanita Elmore of Halls, Tennessee, Joyce Holloman of Boone, North Carolina, and Jackie Kluver of Utah; and brothers, Jim Jerrolds and Joe Jerrolds, both of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents and wife, Jeff was preceded in death by his sisters, Janice Elbrink, Geraldine Perry, and Janet Jerrolds; and brothers, James, Joel, Jerry, and Jay Jerrolds.
