Jeremy Lee Torres was born on August 24, 1973 in Longmont, Colorado, the son of the late Eli Torres and Beatriz Granado Torres.
Before moving to Tennessee, Jeremy lived in Colorado. Being a truck driver allowed him to travel all over the United States; he was currently occupying that position with Praxis Industries in Hardin County. He was an avid reader and especially enjoyed reading mysteries. His other hobbies included guns and any type of hunting. He also enjoyed barbequing, often smoking the animals he had hunted. Jeremy was a simple man who enjoyed being on the road and spending time alone. The most important person in his life was his mother, Beatriz, and according to his sister, Veronica, Jeremy was her favorite as well. Beatriz and Jeremy were extremely close; when she was in a bad car accident, he even quit his job in order to care for her. Jeremy was the most generous person you could find and would give anyone the shirt off of his back.
Jeremy Lee Torres departed this life on August 30, 2021 in Wilson County, Tennessee at the age of 48 years and 6 days.
He is survived by his sister, Veronica Rozsits of Lone Tree, Colorado.
