Jimmie Dell Huggins

Jimmie Dell Huggins was born March 23, 1950 in Corinth, MS the son of the late Idell Huggins and Mildred Davis Powers. He departed this life on August 29, 2020 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 70 Years, 5 Months, 6 Days.

Mr. Huggins served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a machinist and a motorcycle racer for Harley Davidson. He enjoyed riding four wheelers and spending time with his family.

He is survived by two daughters, Hannah Lipford and husband Andrew of Selmer, TN, Angie Huggins of Corinth, MS; a son, Corey Huggins of Corinth, TN; three sisters: Barbara Horn and husband Lanny of Rienzi, MS, Sherry Creason of Corinth, MS, Tammy Clayton of Corinth, MS; two brothers, Phillip Huggins of Corinth, MS, Tim Strickland of Corinth, MS; three grandchildren: Paislee Stone of Corinth, MS, Rowan Lipford of Selmer, TN, Jaidyn Lipford of Selmer, TN.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Huggins was preceded in death by stepfather, Harold Powers; and two sisters, Pam Hudson, Betty Walters.
