Joe Ronald Boleyn

Joe Ronald Boleyn was born April 3, 1958 in Chicago, IL the son of the late James Orphus and Geraldine Watson Boleyn.

He was united in marriage to Chris Hines on May 15, 2015.

Joe was an avid outdoorsman. He loved camping, being on the river, riding his side by side, and mud rding. He enjoyed traveling and cruising with his wife, Chris. For over 15 years, Joe worked two full-time jobs. He worked for the State of Tennessee Highway Department as a heavy equipment operator and for Wal-Mart in the sporting goods department. Joe had a lot of knowledge about guns and ammunition. At times, he also worked a third job cooking at Reggies or Risners.

He loved his family, being outdoors, his great dane, Ace and tattoos. Most of his tattoos were in memory or honor of his loved ones. He was a friend to everyone.

Joe departed this life on March 25, 2020 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 61 Years, 11 Months, 22 Days. He is survived by his wife, Chris Boleyn of Selmer, TN; son, Danny Boleyn; a step daughter, Samantha Dillon of Selmer, TN; stepson, Cody Tull and wife Brandie of Selmer, TN; two granddaughters, Allana Tull and Brooke Replogle; aunt and uncle, Gwen and Rayford Thomas; and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Boleyn; infant brother.

IN RESPONSE TO GOVERNOR LEE’S EXECUTIVE ORDER 17, WHICH TOOK EFFECT AT 12:01 AM MARCH 23, 2020, THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VISITATIONS OR SERVICES THROUGH APRIL 5, 2020.
