Joey Thuringer

was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on February 19, 1976 the son of Sandra Jean Fredrickson Brown and the late David Michael Thuringer.

Joey worked as a heavy equipment operator for Willie's Hidden Harbor in St. Paul, Minnesota for 25 years. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with friends, playing games and boating. Joey was a member of the Moose Lodge in Minnesota.

He departed this life on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 46 years and 18 days.

Joey is survived by his mother, Sandra Brown of Counce, Tennessee; grandmother, Viola Fredrickson of Maplewood, Minnesota; brother, Brian Michael Thuringer and his wife Lisa of Kansas City, Missouri; step-sister, Lisa Gaetke and her husband Joe of St. Paul Park, Minnesota; nephews, Collin and Henry Thuringer, both of Kansas City, Missouri; niece, Jane Thuringer of Kansas City, Missouri; step-nieces, Nicole Spiess and her husband Connor of St. Paul, Minnesota and Jessica Leisher of St. Paul, Minnesota; and great niece, Lacie of Lake Elmo, Minnesota.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
