Jon Charles Moraga

Jon Charles Moraga departed this life on Monday, September 21, 2020, at the age of 64 years, 3 months, and 30 days. He was born in Los Angeles, California on May 22, 1956, the son of the late Louise Rivera Moraga Peralta and Abie Moraga. On July 10, 2004, he was united in marriage to Tammy Scott, who survives.

Jon Charles worked in the ministry for several years and was a member of Love and Truth Church in Savannah, Tennessee. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, fabricating and welding, and he loved watching movies with his family and grandchildren.

Jon Charles is survived by his wife, Tammy Scott Moraga of Savannah, Tennessee; children, Tiffany Flatt and her husband Paul of Beech Bluff, Tennessee, Evan Moraga and his wife Kashena of Corinth, Mississippi, Tabitha "Tabo" Henderson and her husband Jason of Adamsville, Tennessee, and Jon Marc Moraga and his wife Casey of Olive Branch, Mississippi; grandchildren, A.J. Flatt, Eliza Flatt, Daisy Moraga, Hannah Henderson, and Parker Henderson; sister, Jennifer Peralta Hodges and her husband Tommy of Arlington, Virginia; brothers, Mark Moraga and his wife Linda of Los Angeles, California and Eldin "Dino" Peralta of Newport News, Virginia; stepfather, Elpidio Peralta of Hampton, Virginia.
