Jonathan Dewayne Presley was born in Selmer, Tennessee, on January 9, 1988, the son of Wayne and Bertha Murphy Presley. On September 21, 2010, he was united in marriage to Melisa Alley, who survives.
Jonathan was employed with Gambrell Hickory Mill. He loved playing guitar and banjo, and enjoyed hunting. He won St. Jude's Hunting for Cure two times and was a member of the Sardis Coon Hunting Club.
Jonathan is survived by his wife, Melisa Presley of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; son, Hunter Presley of Crump, Tennessee; parents, Wayne and Bertha Presley of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; sisters, Sherry Adams and her husband Robert of Savannah, Tennessee, Christy Slater of Corinth, Mississippi, and Misty Franks and her husband Casey of Savannah, Tennessee; and brothers, Stacy Presley and his wife Lindsay of Morris Chapel, Tennessee and Michael Presley and his wife Mistie of Savannah, Tennessee.
