JULIAN "RED" MCCLELLAND
was born in Tampa, Florida on September 9, 1959, the son of the late Eleanor Delores Hartley and Cecil Eugene McClelland.
On June 29, 2013, he was united in marriage to Sandra Ann Ward, who survives.
Julian,"Red', as he was known by everyone, served his country in the United States Army from 1977 to 1984. After leaving the service, he worked in construction doing road work.
Julian departed this life on March 30, 2018 in Jackson, Tennessee, at the age of 58 years, 6 months and 21 days.
In addition to his wife, Sandra, he is survived by his children, Allen Michael McClelland and his wife Brittany, Harrold Eugene "Gene" McClelland and Heather Marie Evans and her husband Curt, all of Missouri, Joanna Garner and Gerry Born of Savannah, Tennessee, Bethina Leann Garner of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, Henry Roosevelt Arnold and his wife Amanda, Melissa Childers and her husband Allen and Pamela Lee Dugger and her husband Brandon, all of Savannah, Tennessee; 20 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; two brothers, William McClelland and Chris McClelland, both of Tracy, California and two sisters, Linda Dianne McClelland of Denver, Colorado and Janet Lynn Colding and her husband Dale of Lake Wells, Florida.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathy McClelland and DeeDee Schliesmann.
