Kristy Ann Murphy was born February 14, 1986 in Ramer, TN the daughter of the late Tony and Theresa Taylor Murphy. She departed this life on February 16, 2019 at her residence in Ramer at the age of 33 Years, 2 Days.
At the age of 5 years, Kristy moved to Camp Lejeune, NC to live with her Uncle Jack, Aunt Denise, and Cousins Dawn Brooks and Stephanie Parsons. In 1993, Kristy moved back to Tennessee and resided with her family in Ramer. She attended school at Selmer Elementary, Selmer Middle School, and McNairy Central High School.
Kristy loved life. She enjoyed going outside and sitting in the swing, working in the yard, and listening to music with her Uncle Greg Sweat (Pee Wee). She liked to watch cartoons and going out to eat at McDonald's.
Kristy resided with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Murphy for 28 years. She is survived by her Uncle Jack Murphy and Aunt Denise Murphy of Ramer; cousins, Dawn Brooks of Selmer, Stephanie Parsons of Ramer, along with a host of other cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In addition to her parents, Kristy was preceded in death by her siblings, Tasha, Tamala, and Kelly Murphy.
There will be a private graveside service for Kristy.
