Lana departed this life on February 2, 2021 in Henderson, Tennessee at the age of 49 Years, 11 Months, 25 Days. She is survived by a son, William Hunter Allen and wife Shaina of Prattville, AL; a daughter, Sarah Beth Lambert of Colorado Springs, CO; two grandchildren, Taylor and Kensley Allen; her father, Guy Turner of Ramer, TN; two brothers, Scott Turner and wife Britney and Mark Turner and wife Michelle, all of Ramer, TN; and many extended family and friends.
