Leslie Loyd (Les) Ingle

Leslie Loyd (Les) Ingle of Collinwood, TN departed this life on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 9 Months, 6 Days. He was born October 17, 1938 in Lexington, TN, the son of the late Leslie Dale and Letha Pool Ingle.

He was united in marriage to Maureen Brewer on October 13, 1982.

Mr. Ingle was retired from the United States Air Force, was member of the American Legion in Collinwood, TN and was a member of the Collinwood Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Maureen Brewer Ingle of Collinwood, TN; son, Thomas Ingle of Paducah, KY; stepson, Darry Ingle of Murfressboro, TN; stepdaughter, Sherry Faires of Collinwood, TN; 5 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Ingle was preceded in death by brother, James Franklin (Jimmy) Ingle and sister, Letha Joyce Holland.

Services will be held Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Terry Swinea and Rickey Bryant officiating. Burial, with military rites, will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family. Collinwood American Legion members will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Friday, July 26,2019 from 6 pm to 8 pm and Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 9 am to service time at the funeral home.
