LESTER MITCH JENT
was born in Panama City, Florida on August 8, 1952 the son of the late J. W. and Joan Hicks Jent.
Lester had worked as a towboat deckhand and was of the Baptist belief. He lived in Hardin County, Tennessee for the past 40 years. In his spare time Lester enjoyed fishing, camping, dancing and his favorite of all sleeping.
He departed this life on Monday, November 4, 2019 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 67 years, 2 months and 27 days.
Lester is survived by his children, Tonya Qualls and Bryant Jent, both of Savannah, Tennessee, Joe Jent of Lexington, Tennessee, Angela Jent, Steve Jent, Mary Sue Jent, and Jonathan Jent, all of Florida; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and his significant other, Shirley Clarke of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Bryan Jent.
