Lora Parrish
was born in Urbana, Illinois on February 14, 1955 the daughter of the late Thomas Marvin and Marie Pevahouse Parrish.
Lora retired from retail where she had worked at Kroger and Piggly Wiggly. She also had worked at Jon's Pier. In her spare time she enjoyed being outdoors such as going to the creek and golfing. Lora also enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Savannah Bowling League. She was an animal lover and loved having pets. Lora was a fun loving and free spirited person.
She departed this life on Saturday, July 16, 2022 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 67 years, 5 months and 2 days.
Lora is survived by one sister, Teresa Frost of Pickwick, Tennessee; niece, Toni Peck of Savannah, Tennessee; and great-nephew, Gabriel of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter; one sister, Kathy Hendrickson; and brother-in-law, Jim Frost.
